Oral and Blitz Presentations 

 

Oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes followed by 3 minutes of discussion. Blitz presentations are 5 minutes long, with no discussion afterwards.

 

Presentations should be prepared in MS PowerPoint (pptx format), but it is highly recommended to also bring a pdf version as a backup in case of technical difficulties.

 

Please ensure that your presentation is uploaded before the start of the first morning session on the day you are scheduled to present (or at the very latest, before the beginning of your assigned session).

 

Poster Presentations

 

While there is no strict size requirement, A0 (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm) or A1 (59.4 cm × 84.1 cm) formats are recommended.

Pins will be provided for mounting the posters.
