If you need assistance with booking accommodation, feel free to contact the organizers.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation, either individually or in groups. Bookings should be made directly with the accommodation providers. 

Dormitory-style accommodation is also available near the conference venue, at the Móra Ferenc Dormitory. If you would like to use this option, please indicate it during registration, as we need to notify the dormitory in advance of the expected number of guests.

Meals

Meals will be provided at the venue and are included in the registration fee. Lunch will be served on August 28 and 29. Dinner will be provided on the evenings of August 27 and 28. 

On the day of the field excursion, lunch will be served on-site at a local restaurant. This is included in the registration fee for the post-conference trip. 

Coffee Breaks 

Drinks and snacks will be available during the breaks. Additional food and beverages can be purchased at the institute’s buffet/cafeteria.
